Terms of Instruction and Site Use
These terms explain the educational scope of our classes, booking responsibilities, ownership of materials and limits of liability.
Acceptance
By using this site, submitting an inquiry or paying for instruction from Sensor Fieldpoint, you agree to these Terms. If you register another participant, you must ensure that person receives them. Our Refund and Rescheduling Policy forms part of these Terms.
Educational scope
Classes, articles, workbooks and chart reviews teach technical analysis concepts, including volume and momentum interpretation. They are general education only. Sensor Fieldpoint does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice; recommend securities; execute trades; manage accounts; or promise financial returns.
Historical examples may be incomplete, delayed or adjusted. Markets can produce losses. You remain responsible for deciding whether to seek licensed professional advice and for every financial decision you make.
Registration and conduct
A place is confirmed when we accept registration and receive the required payment. You must provide accurate contact information and choose a class suitable for your stated experience. Participants must follow reasonable venue safety and accessibility instructions, respect other learners and refrain from recording people without written permission. We may remove seriously disruptive or abusive participants; refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and work already delivered.
Intellectual property
Sensor Fieldpoint owns its original text, lesson sequence, worksheets, chart annotations, brand marks and site design. Third-party market data and underlying charts remain the property of their respective owners. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. You may not resell, publish, record, reproduce for a group, or train another class from them without written permission.
You retain ownership of historical chart notes you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to review them and return feedback. We will not publish an identifiable submission without separate consent.
Site availability and links
We aim to keep class descriptions accurate but may correct errors, update schedules and replace unavailable teaching examples. Links to external sites are offered for context; we do not control their content, security or availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Sensor Fieldpoint is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, indirect loss or decisions made from educational content. For a direct claim arising from a paid class, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for that class. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively and will place the effective date above. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly; subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in Pasig City will have venue.
