Data controller

Sensor Fieldpoint is the controller responsible for personal data described here. Contact us at contact@sensorfieldpoint.world, +63 2 555 6520, or Level 9, 56 Ortigas Avenue, Pasig 1600.

Information we collect

When you inquire or register, we may collect your name, email, telephone number if volunteered, selected class, preferred date, accessibility request, billing details and message. For teaching, we may retain attendance, submitted historical chart exercises and instructor feedback. We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, portfolio holdings or government identifiers through the website.

Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser type, request time and requested page in security logs. The cookie preference is held in your browser. Optional analytics will operate only after consent if we introduce them; current cookie details appear in our Cookie Notice.

We use data to answer inquiries, arrange and deliver classes, take payment, provide requested adjustments, send course materials, maintain accounting records, protect the site and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform our agreement, comply with Philippine law, pursue our legitimate interests in secure and orderly instruction, or act on your consent.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use class inquiries for unrelated advertising.

Sharing and international transfers

Access is limited to authorised instructors and administration. We may share the minimum necessary data with payment, email, video-conferencing, accounting and website-hosting providers under contractual safeguards, or with authorities when law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where an international transfer occurs, we use reasonable contractual and security measures consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable National Privacy Commission guidance.

Retention and security

Unconverted inquiries are generally deleted after 12 months. Registration, payment and tax records are retained for up to ten years when required for accounting or legal purposes. Teaching exercises and feedback are normally removed 12 months after a class unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no legal need prevents deletion. Security logs are generally retained for 90 days.

We use access controls, limited staff permissions, reputable service providers and secure transport where available. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or blocking; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use; request data portability where available; and seek compensation for proven damage. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information that law requires.

Send a request to contact@sensorfieldpoint.world. You may also lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. We will respond within the period required by law and explain any lawful limitation.

Updates

We may revise this notice when our teaching administration or legal duties change. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be communicated where practical.
